- Compliance with booking, conduct, and visiting procedures
- Visible intoxication or drug impairment results in denied entry
- Smart Casual dress code required (no sportswear/beachwear)
- Coats must be checked at cloakroom
Management reserves unconditional right to:
- Deny entry/service
- Remove disruptive guests after payment for consumed services

- Guests liable for alcohol/danger-behavior incidents
BOOKING POLICIES
- Confirmation: Required 24hrs pre-visit
- Late Arrivals: Tables held max 30 minutes
- Cancellations: Notify via phone/WhatsApp
- Group Bookings (6+):
- Manager approval required
- Max 14-day advance booking
- No-shows: May result in blacklisting
SECURITY & PRIVACY
- 24/7 video/audio surveillance in public areas
- Footage used only for security/law enforcement
- Photo/video may be taken for promotional purposes → Opt-out by notifying staff
- Applause encouraged for all performers!
- Unforeseen situations resolved at management's discretion
